This course has been approved by the Oklahoma Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission for 6 hours of mandatory CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics.


$50 for any district attorney, assistant district attorney, public defender, assistant public defender, attorney employed by or under contract with the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System, court-appointed attorney, or attorney employed by or under contract with a district court whose duties include juvenile docket responsibility. In order to receive the $50 price, you CANNOT register online, you will need to contact Renee Montgomery at 405-416-7029 in order to register.

All others, $140 for early-bird registrations with payment received at least four full business days prior to the seminar date; $175 for registrations with payment received within four full business days of the seminar date.
