the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. The
purpose of the Real Property Law Section is to aid the lawyers of
Oklahoma in the practice of real property law. Traditionally, the
Section has done this through such means as the establishment of title
standards, the monitoring of proposed
legislation, and keeping members
updated on the status and trends in the law through seminars, newsletters
and articles in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. This Web site is an additional
tool to be utilized in the effort to keep all members of the Oklahoma
Bar Association in touch with the various issues and problems facing
those who practice real property law in Oklahoma. The Board of
Directors welcomes your ideas for content and functionality of
