A new element is being added to the Ask A Lawyer TV show this year – a town hall forum after each segment. Panelists will answer questions and discuss issues on the topics of consumer law and equal rights in the workplace. The taping is set for: Friday, April 24 Consumer law panelists will be Julie Bays, Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, consumer division; Luke Wallace, consumer fraud attorney, Humphreys Wallace Humphreys; and Irving Faught, administrator of the Oklahoma Securities Commission. Civil rights panelists will be Michelle Robertson, senior trial attorney, Oklahoma Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Kindanne "Kindy" Jones, Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office; and Melvin Hall, Riggs Abney Neal Turpen Orbison & Lewis. OETA Deputy Director Dick Pryor will moderate the forum. The forum is open to all OBA members and to the public. Lunch will be provided free of charge at noon. If your question is chosen, you will be notified at the taping and will be given an opportunity to ask your question during the panelist portion of the program. Attire is business casual. Questions?
